Return Policy

At Master Guide Uniforms, we want to ensure that you select the right garment for you, and the Master Guide Uniforms Return Policy is designed to support that. We are pleased to offer an exchange service if you find on arrival that your item(s) is not quite right for you. This means you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way, we will exchange it, provided it is returned unworn and in a resalable condition within our returns period (this also includes sale items). In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations, our returns period for exchanges is 30 days from the purchase date.

Master Guide Uniforms Exchange Policy 

  • Master Guide Uniforms accepts exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are accepted.

  • Our return policy allows full-value exchanges only if the item arrives in good condition and in its original packaging. We will not accept items returned dirty, damaged, or odorous, and we will return them at the customer's expense.

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • Once received, returned item(s) will be shipped back to the customer within 7 days.

How to Use the Master Guide Uniforms Return Policy

Step 1: Please complete the returns form that came with your order, specify the size (s) you would like to exchange the item for, and add your feedback in the comments section.

Step 2: Package your return using the reusable tab on the box of the original package. Please ensure the item(s) is returned with its original tags attached, and in resalable condition. Unfortunately, any item(s) showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Step 3: Take your parcel to your desired shipping store and pay for the shipping. 


Step 4: Once you have dropped off your return, please allow 10 working days for the item(s) to be received at our warehouse. Please ensure that you obtain a tracking receipt for proof of your return.

Step 5: Upon receiving your return, our team will process your return for you within 5 working days of receipt (unless we contact you to state otherwise). 

 

Please note that we do not charge a return shipment fee on exchange orders, and we cover the shipment cost to send your replacement item(s) to you.
